Overview
Aurora Gold Breakout is a gold breakout engine built on the same range-expansion logic that powers the highest-ranked gold EAs on the MQL5 marketplace. It watches the pre-New-York consolidation on XAUUSD H1, then rides the breakout when price expands out of the session range with conviction.
Every trade carries a hard ATR stop, a break-even flip after the first 1R, and an ATR trailing exit. No grid, no martingale, no averaging - and it is flat by the end of the NY session so it never carries overnight event risk. Out-of-the-box 2021-2026 backtest: +14,444 net on a $10k account, profit factor 1.27, max drawdown 1,556.
