Month-End Flow
Overview
Month-End Flow trades the calendar effect of institutional month-end rebalancing: after a one-sided monthly move, on the last trading day it checks the monthly change, and if it exceeds a threshold it fades the move, exiting after the London fix (16:00 London).
Honest disclosure: this is a monthly-frequency signal with only ~12 samples per instrument per year, so it must be evaluated across an aggregated multi-instrument backtest. It is listed as 'experimental' - lower priced, higher expected variance.
