Gold NY Momentum
Overview
Gold NY Momentum rides the directional impulse in gold right after the US equity open. Capital flows from the NY stock open impose a short-lived directional pressure on gold; when the first 30 minutes show a clear direction (beyond 0.25x daily ATR), the EA follows it.
It takes at most one trade per day and is flat by 21:00 server time. If the direction is not statistically clear, it simply skips the day.
