Weekend Gap Fader handelt das Schliessen des Montag-Eroeffnungs-Gaps. Nach dem Wochenendsprung fadeet er das Gap zurueck zum Freitagsschluss ueber die wichtigsten FX-Paare und XAUUSD im M15. Es ist eine niedrigfrequente statistische Strategie — hoechstens ein Trade pro Woche.
Die Logik: Die meisten FX-Wochenend-Gaps sind Liquiditaetsverschiebungen, keine Informations-Neubewertung, daher schliessen sie statistisch. Ein grosser Gap durch ein wichtiges Wochenendereignis ist jedoch ein Informations-Gap und muss ausgeschlossen werden — daher die dualen Oben/Unten-Filter.
Strategy Tester Report
Low-frequency strategy (at most one trade per week). Its Monday-open spread filter (30 pts) was tighter than typical Monday-open spreads, blocking entries. Relaxed to 150 pts in source; verified re-run queued pending terminal re-login.
